I just returned from Littleton, Massachusetts - and from a short, bespoke course that Craig put together for me over a 2-day period. I could not possibly be happier with the outcome... Craig is a walking encyclopedia of bicycle knowledge, is a great teacher, and has the patience of a saint... And, a fine sense of humour as well! He knows how to teach, but also how to let his trainees learn and discover for themselves. THAT is truly a gift. Had a 4hr bike repair class with Craig back in late 2025 and I enjoyed it so much I couldn't forget about it until I wrote this review! He's so patient and a great teacher, I had a ton of fun and learned a lot too. I had done some bike repairs already, so he came up with the class topics on the fly based on what I wanted to work on. I just finished a 40 hour bike mechanic workshop with Craig and I'm happy I did it. I went in with very little knowledge about bikes and now feel much more confident working on them. Craig is a great teacher, he knows a ton about bikes and is easy to get along with. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of bikes, and learn more about the business side of things from someone who has made his living doing it! There is a reason that CK bikes has a 5 star rating. They are AWESOME! Over the past 7 years since we moved to the area Craig has worked on our bikes. He is honest, timely, friendly and knows bikes! We won’t take our bikes anywhere else. Update: My husband, two teens, and I had an amazing bike mechanic training! We learned how to make sure our bikes are ready for use, how to change a tire, check gears, and more. Craig is a wonderful instructor who kept us all engaged and interested throughout the session. High fives to CK Bikes🙌🏼! I recently picked up a used bike and was having a gear slipping issue... After a relatively frustrating bike ride, I drove over to CK Bikes looking for some help. Craig was super friendly & helpful from the jump. Within minutes the bike up on the stand and with a few minor adjustments it was changing gears with ease! 🥳 Hooray! Being a newbie to biking, Craig suggested a few essentials so I'm well prepared for future breakdowns. CK Bikes offers great prices and a friendly atmosphere. I came by a few minutes before closing. I needed help with a stubborn rear wheel and busted rear cassette/free wheel. I fully expected to leave it behind to pick up another day. He had it put back together and my bead fully seated in under 2 minutes. Great service. I'll be back!
